How to Set Up a Team on Ekta

Signing Up

You can sign up via this link https://ekta.app/signup and create an account

Set Up

Setting Up Your Personal Account

• Go to your profile by clicking your name in the top right corner

• Enter your personal information for your own dancer account

Join a Team or Competition

• Click on new membership

• Find the organization and enter remaining details

• Enter your organization’s “Join Code” (click here to figure out how to find your “Join Code”)

Setting Up Your Team

• Click on “New Membership” and go to “Create New Org”

• Select “Team”, enter your team name and your position on your team.

• Enter your team’s details

• Once you’re done you can publish your team

Adding Members to your Team

Add Members via Join Code

• Have an Office of your team go to the “Members” tab

• Then share the “Join Code” with the new member

Add Members via Members Tab

• Click on “New Member” and fill out the details

Applying to Comps

• Once your team is set up you go to “App Manager”

• Then search for the name of an open competition and fill out the required details
